Keep in mind that our products are design pieces, designed to give them a special use and not for heavy work, so certain types of situations or products that can deteriorate the piece more than normal should be avoided.

For this reason and looking for your pieces to shine for longer, we have some advice that you should follow:

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, soaps, creams or other chemical products when wearing the jewelry. Sea water and sweat also deteriorate the pieces.
  • Do not use metal polishing creams or silver or gold polishing cloths for products that have a surface coating, as they can discolor the piece as they are very abrasive.
  • Try to store the pieces separately in their original packaging to avoid wear. Keep your jewelry tucked away when not in use.
  • Do not use the accessories to do activities such as sports or swimming.

PIECES IN SILVER 925

Care and maintenance of our 925 silver jewelry. Silver, for various reasons, can end up darkening. We tell you why it happens and how to avoid it.

Silver darkens not because it is of poor quality, nor because it has been damaged; It is a normal process for this material. Although silver does not oxidize, it does not react to oxygen, but to sulfur. This sulfur - which can be in the environment - what it does is "tarnish" the silver, giving it that yellowish or black appearance.

- Silver keeps better if used. If you intend to leave it stored for a long time, it is recommended that it be in a place where it is not exposed to conditions such as humidity.

To clean your silver jewel you can boil some water, add blue soap and submerge the pendant for a few minutes. Then pass it through cold water and with a soft toothbrush so as not to scratch it, remove the excess soap.

Para la producción de un anillo personalizado, tenemos un tiempo aproximado de 3 a 6 semanas a partir de la aprobación del diseño final.

Te hacemos algunas preguntas sobre cómo quisieras el anillo: talla, detalles sobre tu pareja o quien lo va a usar, y presupuesto. Recibimos tus ideas, las imágenes de referencia que tengas, tu historia y todos los detalles posibles para hacerte una propuesta acertada.

El pago puedes hacerlo por transferencia a Bancolombia o Davivienda.

Una vez iniciemos el proceso, te pedimos el 50% del valor total como anticipo. Cuando el anillo esté terminado, nos envías el otro 50% más el valor del envío.

Si necesitas pagar con tarjeta de crédito, te enviamos links de pago con un recargo adicional por el costo de transacción.

Elaboramos nuestros anillos en oro de 18k (amarillo, blanco o rosa) y utilizamos gemas naturales, y en algunas ocasiones, piedras complementarias como moissanitas.
